Club Manager & Member Liaison, Heidi Edwards brings an extensive background in event and conference planning, management, marketing, and business development with nearly 20 years with MassMutual Financial Group. She is well-versed in customer service and membership services and has the passion, dedication and creativity to ensure your Colony Club experience is more than you imagined!
Executive Chef, Scott Sarrasin is a summa cum laude graduate of Johnson & Wales University College of Culinary Arts in Rhode Island. Before becoming a distinguished chef at the Colony Club, Chef Scott sharpened his culinary skills at the Marriott in Washington, D.C. and some of the top restaurants on Boston's South Shore, including The Barnside. Chef Scott brings his love of food to the Colony Club and creates every meal as a celebration for Members and guests alike.
Sous Chef, Christian Elmasian has over 25 years of experience at the Colony Club and as a culinary teacher at Branford Hall. He is intimately familiar with all the activities of the kitchen – from menu planning to preparation to delivery. As a Certified ServSafe Instructor and a National Restaurant Association Instructor of ManagedFirst, Christian ensures your dining experience is of the highest quality of standards in both taste and presentation.
Bookkeeper, Brittney Chechile brings several years of accounting experience to the Colony Club family. She previously attended STCC and is continuing her education. Prior to joining the Club, she was employed at Auto Craft Sales, Inc. where she performed the rolls of account manager and bookkeeper. Coupled with her passion "for the numbers", Brittney brings to us the commitment and dedication in ensuring the operations of the Club are organized, cost efficient and seamless.
